Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Clients are allowed to cancel their appointments without incurring any charges if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled meeting time. No cancellations will be accepted or processed within 72 hours of the scheduled meeting time. In case of a cancellation before the 72-hour window, clients will be allowed an opportunity to reschedule if applicable. All sales are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy: Clients can request to reschedule their appointments without any additional fees or penalties if the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled meeting time. No rescheduling requests will be accommodated within 72 hours of the scheduled meeting time. Non-Cancellation and Non-Rescheduling Policy: Any cancellation made after the 72-hour cancellation window will result in a non-refundable charge. Any attempt to reschedule an appointment within 72 hours of the scheduled meeting time will not be permitted, and the client will be required to attend the originally scheduled appointment. Clients are responsible for adhering to the cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined above, and any exceptions will not be granted.
